At FOLIOX, we strive to provide you with a transparent, secure, and satisfying trading experience. Please review our return and refund policy below, which applies to the use of our online trading services.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of financial trading services, all transactions executed through the FOLIOX platform are considered final. This includes trades, deposits, and service-related fees. We do not offer returns in the traditional sense, as our services do not involve physical products.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments due to technical errors

  • Unused account balances following account closure

  • Errors resulting from system malfunctions attributable to FOLIOX

  • Unauthorized transactions proven to be due to platform error or fraud

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@foliox.com within 14 days of the transaction in question. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. No Refund for Market Losses

FOLIOX is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from trading activities. We do not issue refunds for losses due to market volatility, user error, or misjudgment.

4. Cancellations

You may request to cancel pending withdrawal or deposit requests, provided they have not yet been processed. Once a financial transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed.

5. Account Closure

Users may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance in the account (after deducting applicable fees) will be refunded to the original payment method, provided that identity verification and compliance requirements are met.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and returned via the original payment method used. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
