Return Policy

At FOLIOX, we strive to provide a transparent, secure, and satisfying trading experience. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all transactions conducted through our online trading services.


1. General Policy

  • Due to the nature of financial trading, all transactions executed on the FOLIOX platform are final. This includes trades, deposits, and service-related fees.

  • FOLIOX does not offer returns in the traditional sense, as our services do not involve physical products.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate payments caused by technical errors

  • Unused account balances following account closure

  • Errors caused by system malfunctions attributable to FOLIOX

  • Unauthorized transactions verified as fraudulent or resulting from platform errors

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@foliox.com within 14 days of the transaction. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


3. No Refund for Market Losses

  • FOLIOX is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from trading activity.

  • No refunds will be issued for losses caused by market volatility, user error, or misjudgment.


4. Cancellations

  • Clients may request to cancel pending deposit or withdrawal requests only if they have not been processed.

  • Once a financial transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed.


5. Performance Fee & Withdrawal Blocking

  • If a client’s cumulative net profits exceed USD 200,000, a Performance Fee of 5% is applied.

  • Accounts may be paused, and withdrawals blocked until the Performance Fee is paid.

  • Once the fee is paid, trading resumes, and withdrawals become fully available.

  • All payments are subject to completion of KYC/AML verification and regulatory compliance requirements (CySEC & FCA).


6. Account Closure

  • Clients may request account closure at any time.

  • Any remaining balance, after deduction of applicable fees including Performance Fee, will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Refunds cannot be processed until all regulatory obligations, KYC/AML verification, and contractual requirements are fulfilled.


7. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds are returned via the original payment method used. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


8. Updates to this Policy

  • FOLIOX reserves the right to update this policy at any time.

  • Clients should check this page periodically for changes.
